Catalysts are the things that you can use in life to accelerate Self-Transformation.
I have given many catalysts in which you can use to use life experiences to grow, to transform your mind.
All the catalysts that I have introduced will all help to transform the Negative Ideas— the cause of our suffering states of mind.
And each catalysts will work in particular ways.
For instance, the Catalyst of Intention to Accept is a broad catalyst, which will help you distil wisdom from all the life experiences you go through, especially those you cannot accept because when you carry the intention to accept, naturally, you will ask questions as to why you cannot accept it, and then you will discover it.
For instance, the Catalyst of Honesty and Trust will help uncover and transform the Negative Ideas through your fears.
The Catalyst of Patience and Commitment will help you transform and uncover your Negative Ideas deeper by staying in situations even when sufferings arise.
The Catalyst of Forgiveness and The Creator's Absorption Technique will help you to transform the Negative Ideas through your experiences of anger and hate and help you to discover what you lack inside.
The Catalyst of Meditation is also a broad catalyst that will help you to develop deeper Stillness. It will also help you to discover and transform your Negative Ideas, helping you address issues to do with attachment and wandering thoughts, impatience.
If you have not yet taken up the practice of meditation, I would suggest you to strongly do so. This is because without the practice of meditation, it will be hard to get deeper into each of the Catalysts.
From developing the state of Stillness even deeper from the practice of meditation, you will be able to experience the Catalysts and techniques even deeper and experience deeper Self-Transformation.
Again, I have created a free meditation course for you to take: It is the 5 Present Breaths, simple to learn, requiring only 20 minutes a day.

So, you have learnt the various things you can do in life to accelerate the process of Self-Transformation.
There are actually hundreds of things you can do, but I included only some of them here because they are enough for you to use for a lifetime.

So, realize that we can use every life experience that we go through to develop Self-Transformation.
Now that we have learnt many catalysts, you can begin observing for ways to use life experiences to transform your mind!
On the worksheet that you have downloaded from Video 16-Writing to Know The Self, you can start writing the list of things you can do to transform your Negative Ideas.
This is how you can accelerate your progress—by knowing what things you can do in life to directly address the Negative Ideas you want to work on.
For instance, if you have a fear of public speaking, you can write down to trust yourself more, to express yourself more.
Basically, now that you have watched the videos on catalysts, you will be able to have many ideas on what you can do!
Also, remember to record your progress!
Now, do not be disappointed if you do not see any results in the first few days.
This is because when we take on the journey of Self-Transformation, we are taking on a journey where we are going against the flow of the mind, the mind which has been accumulating negativities day by day, year by year, or even life after life.
So, big results will take time to accomplish, but realize that results are happening in every moment.
Sometimes, when the results are not BIG and noticeable on the outside, you can fall into the illusion that you are not progressing at all.
But with effort and the right intentions, results are already happening inside!
So keep working on your mind.

Know and Transform The Self!
Use the 10 Day Self-Knowing Vipassana. This is an easy Vipassana course, around 30min-60min of practice a day that you can use to realize who you really are within and learn the relationship between the different states of mind and the wandering thoughts experienced in meditation.
